Giovanni D’Agostino has over 18 years’ experience. He was founder of the Alles Group in Mexico City a leading full-service commercial real estate advisory firm operating in Mexico in 1997. His primary responsibilities are planning and strategic axis, financial and administrative control, supervision and administration of the group associate and administration of corporative accounts. Possesses superior analytical and negotiating skills and a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of the Mexico City office and retail leasing market. He was the President for the ICEI committee which gathers the 10 top representatives of the real estate brokerage community to professionalize and interact between the main players of the real estate industry, government and other important real estate authorities Member of the Oncor Manager Advisory Committee and reelected 4 consecutive years for standardization and dissemination of real estate relationships of US and European practices in Mexico.

Mr. D´Agostino has experience with a wide range of domestic and international corporations in the Mexico City market, including Alestra (AT&T), Mercantile & General Life, Bausch & Lomb, Chevron, Bombardier, Fiskars, MASCO International, Grupo Nacional Provincial, World Bank, MSX International, Embassy of Thailand, STERIS Scientific, Intervan/Intersys, Interval International, Marriott Hotels International, Oracle de Mexico, Fortum, Warner Bros., GemPlus International, Burson-Marsteller México, York International, Migesa, SkyTel, General DataComm, Registro Nacional de Vehiculos, DuPont, Safra National Bank of New York, McDonald’s Mexico and Brockman y Schuh/William Mercer/Marsh McLennan and Energy Fitness (NEV) amongst others.

Education: Mr. D´Agostino has both Mexican and Italian Citizenship, with English and Spanish languages and some proficiency in Italian. His education is the following: Attorney in Law at Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Mexico City, Finance Diploma at Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City and a Real Estate Post Graduate Degree at Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico in Mexico City. Important Achievements: Sura; Renegotiated a 7,000 m2 lease for the biggest pension fund in Mexico including a 5,000 m2 relocation of office and retail spaces. Energy Fitness; Represents with his partner Harold Murray the Latin American expansion for the former 24 hour fitness partnership and has closed more than 30,000 m2 in different locations around Mexican Republic and working on 30,000 m2 for 2013.
AON Insurance; Renegotiation of 6,500 m2 of their corporate headquarters in Mexico City and 2,500 m2 relocation north of Mexico City for their retail expansion. Marsh & McLennan Co. S (Marsh, Putnam, William Mercer, Guy Carpenter); Negotiated a 9,000 m2 pre-lease for MMC at Torre Mayor in Mexico City; Negotiated a 2,000 m2 lease for Guy Carpenter at Torre Siglum in Mexico City; Arranged for the disposition of a 6,000 m2 office building at Liverpool 80 in Mexico City. MPG; Negotiated a 3,000 m2 corporate office relocation. Lowe; Negotiated a 3,500 m2 corporate office lease at Reforma Plus Corporativo in Mexico City.
