Luis Reynoso has over 17 years’ experience. He made his career at CBRE where he started as corporate market research analyst where he got a lot of knowledge on the Mexico City office market. After that he started as trainee on the Corporate Services team, where he has been working since then. With different domestic, international corporations as government entities too as: Lufthansa, BMC Software, Crédito Familiar (a member of Citi Group) Club Regina (Raintree Vacation Club) Electricite de France, Fiskars, Grupo GIA, Grupo Integra, Georgia Pacific, Isa Corporativo, Pioneer, Symbol Technologies, Nautikos, PBG, Proeza y Asociados, Quest International, Truper, SKF, Seguridata, Gas de France, Zurich Re amongst others. Government Entities such as Comision Federal de Competencia, Secretaria de Energia, Secretaria de Hacienda y Crédito Publico, Secretaria de Economia, Procuraduria General de la Republica among others. Mr. Reynoso also has experience on tourism real estate as he moved to Puerto Peñasco where he ran some beach residential projects. He joined NJKF two years ago implementing the Government Services Area. He also has handled several Corporate Services accounts such as Motorola Mobiliity, Tyco Electronics.
Education: Mr. Reynoso speaks Spanish and English languages. His education is the following: Business Administration at Universidad Anahuac del Sur, Mexico City, and a Real Estate Post Graduate Degree at Instituto Tecnológico Autonomo de Mexico in Mexico City. Secretaria de Energia; Negotiated a 15,000 m² for their new main facilities of office space. Georgia Pacific; Negotiated a 2,000 m² lease office space for their new Mexico City headquarters. Comision Federal de Competencia; Negotiated a 4,000 m² for their new facilities.
